3D design for you.
Colonial Concepts has been designing projects since the pen and paper days. Design then would mainly involve floor plans and maybe a few hand drawn sketches in 3d or pespectives of a couple of views at most.
Today, we design from scratch in 3d. We model your existing home in our 3d software, and using a dual monitor and split screen system, can watch the new build come to life as we create the floor plan. That's when we know if things work well, or can be improved.
We can adjsut roof lines and windows and doors easily.
We can place furniture, so we know that there's enough space if you have to cater for certain pieces.
If you want an even better idea of how the project will feel, we can create an animated walk through animated movie clip, which is shared to you via a secure youtube link.
You can then view your home on a big screen TV in the comfort of your own home.
